女子予選も佳境へ！
第31回ジャパンオープン
45名が戦った『サンビリ荻窪店』
真夏のJO2日目、東京・荻窪の『サンビリ荻窪店』、東京・六本木の『バグース六本木店』の2会場で女子ナインボールの初日行われている。
46名が戦った『バグース六本木店』
95名がエントリーしている女子ナインボールは、7ラック先取、勝者ブレイク、ダブルイリミネーションで32名までに絞られ、そこから2連勝してベスト8に勝ち残れば、最終日のニューピアホール特設会場の舞台に立てる戦いだ。
2会場に分かれたことで進行もスムーズとなった予選。観戦に訪れた多くのギャラリーが見守る中で国内トップ勢、台湾、韓国を中心とした海外勢が強さを見せて勝ち上がっている。
まずサンビリ会場では、現JPBA女子ランキング1位の
河原千尋、同3位の
栗林美幸、4位の梶谷景美らが勝ち上がりベスト32に進出している。

バグース六本木会場では、昨年大会初制覇を達成した
平口結貴が一旦は敗者側に回ったものの、ベスト32に勝ち上がり。さらに
夕川景子、台湾の周婕妤、陳佳樺も実力通りの強さを見せている。

女子予選は午後６時の時点で両会場ともにベスト32戦に突入。ニューピアホール行きを決めるベスト8は、午後8時頃に決定しそうだ（大会オフィシャルページは
